How to Lodge a Complaint

Step 1
Submit your complaint directly to the credit provider or credit service provider and wait for a resolution outcome.

Step 2
Submit your complaint to SKP if:
- You are unable to contact the relevant entity.
- You are dissatisfied with the decision of the relevant entity.
