How to Lodge a Complaint

Step 1

Submit your complaint directly to the credit provider or credit service provider and wait for a resolution outcome.

Step 2

Submit your complaint to SKP if:
  1. You are unable to contact the relevant entity.
  2. You are dissatisfied with the decision of the relevant entity.

Please use our Complaint Form to report unfair credit practices or any issues related to consumer credit. All complaints will be handled with due care and kept confidential.
